IT Business Operations (Web Domain Operations & Governance) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of change requests from submission to

successful implementation

2\. Proactively coordinate approvals and drive timely closures through smart

follow-ups

3\. Design and maintain well-structured Excel dashboards to track

applications, CRs, and key operational metrics

4\. Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations through seamless coordination,

documentation, and process governance
