Engineering Managment - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and manage

technical projects across Android, Python, and ML domains.

2) Assisting in the development and optimization of scalable systems or

features from writing clean, efficient code to designing robust architecture

and data flows.

3) Applying algorithmic thinking to solve real-world problems efficiently and

contributing to the improvement of existing workflows and systems.

4) Participating in product design discussions and helping define or refine

design systems for seamless user experience and technical consistency.

5) Coordinating with team members, tracking project progress, and ensuring

timely delivery of milestones through effective task management and

communication.

6) Exploring the integration of AI/ML models into products or backend systems

to enhance functionality or decision-making.

7) Documenting processes, insights, and technical learnings to support

continuous improvement and team knowledge sharing.
