We're about to run a high-intensity campaign where 1,000 companies are invited
to nominate their high-potential people managers for India's top 100 great
people managers (GPM) list. This is not a 'post on Instagram' internship. This
is a talk-to-real-HR-leaders + run-real-campaigns + move numbers internship.
If you want to learn how HR leaders think, how campaigns convert, and how to
drive nominations at scale, you'll learn more here in a few weeks than most
internships teach in months.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Execute and scale the 1000 companies nomination campaign end-to-end from
first message to nomination completion
You will learn to:
1\. Talk to HRs/CHROs/L&D leaders confidently
2\. Build conversion flow thinking (why people reply/don't reply/drop off)
3\. Track, improve, and iterate
How you'll be measured (clear + fair)
1\. of meaningful conversations started with HRs
2\. of nominations moved forward.
3\. Follow-up discipline (this is where campaigns win)
4\. Speed of learning + ownership
