Position Overview

We are inviting MBA students and 3rd-year engineering students with a keen

interest in

marketing, branding, and business growth to join our 3-month internship

program. This

internship is designed for ambitious learners who want to explore how

technology,

creativity, and strategy intersect to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research on the latest trends in digital marketing, AI-based

tools, and

startup ecosystems.

Analyze consumer behavior, competitive positioning, and brand performance

using

analytics tools.

Assist in campaign planning and execution across platforms such as LinkedIn,

Instagram,

and email marketing.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets and

messaging

for campaigns.

Support lead generation activities through digital outreach, social media, and

event

marketing.

Track and report marketing performance metrics using Excel, Google Analytics,

or CRM

dashboards.

Research and recommend AI tools and automation systems that enhance marketing

effectiveness.

Coordinate with the internal team to document campaign case studies and

success stories.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency or interest in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Suite,

LinkedIn

Campaigns, etc.).

Awareness of AI and automation tools used in marketing.

Analytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting skills.

Basic understanding of prompt engineering or AI-assisted content tools

(ChatGPT, Jasper,

Notion AI).

Creative thinking with attention to visual and written detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of assigned projects.

Internship Duration & Stipend

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on performance and skill level)

Work Environment

Location: Zyni Innovation, Bengaluru

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
