HR Generalist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in maintaining and updating our HRIS system to ensure accurate

employee records

2\. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for

improvement

3\. Support HR projects and initiatives, including onboarding and training

programs

4\. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and

procedures

5\. Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and

conducting background checks

6\. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal requirements

and company policies

7\. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall HR processes

and practices
