Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Build business networking contacts with new people and organizations via
email, WhatsApp, and telecalling
2\. Generate export trade leads and promote sales
3\. Research and identify a single exportable, low-value, high-margin product
from India
4\. Contact respective suppliers or manufacturers to obtain prices, brochures,
and catalogs for the selected product
5\. Collect databases of buyers from embassies, chambers of commerce, B2B
portals, Yellow Pages Directory, exhibition lists, e-marketplaces, LinkedIn,
and contact them for sales
6\. Provide price quotations with proper export costing calculations including
analysis of logistics costs, insurance, and CFA charges
7\. Negotiate trade payment terms with buyers and close deals while analyzing
trends and compiling country-specific product and market data in Excel
8\. Create a catalog of products using tools such as Canva
9\. Execute online social media marketing campaigns by posting on LinkedIn,
Facebook, and Instagram
