People & Culture (Founder’s Office) - Internship

About the internship:

At Cosy, we're building the next generation of urban farms and that starts

with the people who build them.

We're looking for a People & Culture Intern to help manage and grow our team.

You'll handle everything from scouting candidates and scheduling interviews to

following up with team members, ensuring progress, and helping the founder

stay organized.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Source and screen candidates for multiple open roles.

2\. Conduct initial interviews and share shortlists with the founder.

3\. Coordinate hiring logistics, schedules, and onboarding.

4\. Track team deliverables, report weekly updates, and identify blockers.

5\. Maintain hiring pipelines, task boards, and performance updates.

6\. Act as a communication bridge between the founder and the team.

Who can apply:

Only those candidates can apply who:

1\. Are available for full-time (hybrid) internship in Mumbai.

2\. Can start immediately or within 30 days.

3\. Are available for a duration of at least 4 months.

4\. Have strong people skills, warm, organized, and proactive.

5\. Can communicate clearly, follow up efficiently, and get things done.

This is a hands-on role. You'll manage real people and real work, not just HR

forms.
