Telecalling - Internship

As a Telecalling intern at Graveiens Eduservices, you will have the

opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and communication while

working closely with our team. You will be responsible for making outbound

calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and

persuading them to engage with our company. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will

be a valuable asset as you track and analyze customer data to improve sales

strategies. Your strong English and Hindi communication skills will ensure

effective interactions with a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services

2\. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in

MS-Excel

3\. Provide detailed information about our products and services to interested

customers

4\. Persuade customers to engage with our company through effective

communication

5\. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

6\. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat

business

7\. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the growth of the

company.
