Human Resources (HR) - Internship
LEANVIA
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage human resource functions
while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can
handle recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance while identifying new
business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Recruitment & talent acquisition: Source, screen, and onboard qualified
candidates.
2\. Employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and
foster a positive workplace culture.
3\. Performance management: Oversee employee performance appraisals, feedback
sessions, and training programs.
4\. Market research: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and
competitive strategies.
5\. Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain
clients.
6\. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
