What you will do:

* Build and improve core product flows like AI Resume Import, PrompttoResume, and Resume Doctor using Python and modern frontend tech.

* Use Gen AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) daily to speed up coding, debugging, documentation, and experiment design.

* Work on both creative and technical tasks: UX tweaks, microcopy, landing page experiments, and small growth/SEO features for a modern SaaS homepage.library+1

* Ship real features endtoend: brainstorm, prototype, implement, test, and deploy, with direct feedback from the founder and actual users.library

* Help improve performance, ATSreadiness, and overall user experience of the resume builder and templates library.

Who should apply:

* Students / freshers who want to learn by solving realworld problems, not just completing classroom assignments.

* Comfortable with Python for backend scripts / APIs and basic frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript; React/Next.js is a plus).

* Able to use Gen AI tools effectively: prompt engineering, code generation, refactoring, writing test cases, and documentation.

* Curious, creative, and willing to experiment with UI, copy, and product ideas when required.library

* Comfortable working in a fast, startupstyle environment with high ownership and lots of rapid iteration.

What you will learn:

* How a real AI SaaS product in HR Tech is built, shipped, and improved for thousands of users.

* Practical skills across the stack: Python APIs, frontend integration, ATSfriendly resume logic, and basic product analytics.

* Using AI as a coding copilot to multiply your productivity instead of replacing your skills.

* How to think like a product engineer: prioritizing impact, understanding user behavior, and shipping small but meaningful improvements.library

Internship details:

* Location: Remote / Hybrid (Indiafriendly time zone).

* Duration: 36 months, with possibility of extension / PPO based on performance.

* Compensation: 10,000 20,000 per month, depending on skills, time commitment, and ownership.
