Procurement Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for plants, pots, tools, and

gardening products

2\. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings

3\. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers

4\. Track vendor performance and ensure timely deliveries

5\. Research and identify new vendors and products online

6\. Visit vendor warehouses across India to check product quality

7\. Assist in procurement planning based on demand forecasting and inventory

levels

8\. Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and quality teams

9\. Manage purchase orders and inventory updates using Zoho Inventory and

Shopify

10\. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities

11\. Track procurement KPIs and assist in preparing reports and dashboards

12\. Support implementation of efficient procurement workflows

13\. Explore sustainable and eco-friendly sourcing options
