Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Manage B2B/B2C CRM (Zoho, HubSpot) for lead tracking and compliance.

2\. Execute email marketing, cold calls, and multi-channel campaigns with A/B

testing.

3\. Drive SEO, social media management, and organic traffic growth.

4\. Generate and qualify leads via prospecting on LinkedIn and databases.

5\. Generate international leads from freelancer portals (Toptal, Freelancer,

Upwork).

6\. Build client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

7\. Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

8\. Conduct market research and trend forecasting for IT/digital sectors.

9\. Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks for higher win rates.

10\. Coordinate website development with dev teams for timely, SEO-optimized

delivery.

11\. Monitor campaign ROI and adjust strategies for maximum conversions.
