Industrial Trainee - Internship

Support the investment banking team across live mandates, pitchbook creation,

industry research, and financial analysis. This internship offers hands-on

exposure to M&A, PE, ECM, and capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing pitchbooks, client presentations, and deal marketing materials

* Conduct industry and company-specific research and benchmarking

* Support financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions)

* Track deal execution timelines and maintain internal databases

* Coordinate with various teams (Legal, Compliance, Research) as needed
