impactful campaigns. As we continue to grow, were looking for a driven and
enthusiastic HR Intern
to join our team and support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume
screening,
scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
across
various departments
Conduct initial telephonic screenings of candidates and share assessments with
the hiring
team
Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms
Support in organizing recruitment drives, virtual interview rounds
Coordinate with colleges and institutes for campus placement activities as and
when required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS or HR
software is a
plus.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
