Customer Success & Implementation - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Support the Implementation Manager in day-to-day implementation tasks,

including

2\. Gathering requirements, configuring systems, and coordinating with

internal teams.

3\. Assist with operational tasks and activities, ensuring smooth execution of

implementation projects.

4\. Follow up with internal teams to track progress on pending items and

ensure timely completion.

5\. Update Rocketlane, our project management tool, and ensure accurate and

up-to-date project documentation.

6\. Clean up projects in Rocketlane, organizing and maintaining project

folders, tasks, and related documents.

7\. Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to

ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

8\. Assist in testing and troubleshooting technical issues during the

implementation process.

9\. Provide regular status updates on project progress to the Implementation

Manager and key stakeholders.

10\. Participate in meetings and discussions related to implementation

strategy and process improvement.

11\. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in implementation and

digital advertising.
