Telecalling - Internship

As a Telecalling intern at ODS Network Private Limited, you will have the

opportunity to hone your communication skills while working closely with

clients. Your role will be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring proficiency in

MS-Excel, English and Hindi spoken and written proficiency, as well as

experience in client interaction and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services

and generate new leads.

2\. Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing

excellent customer service.

3\. Maintain and update client database using MS-Excel to track interactions

and manage relationships.

4\. Collaborate with sales team to follow up on leads and contribute to

achieving sales targets.

5\. Assist in organizing client meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth

communication flow.

6\. Provide timely feedback to management on client interactions and potential

business opportunities.

7\. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through

effective communication and relationship management.
