Talent Acquisition - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and

referrals.

2\. Help in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per job

requirements.

3\. Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

4\. Maintain and update the recruitment database/ATS.

5\. Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.

6\. Assist in employer branding activities (social media, campus drives,

etc.).

7\. Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.

8\. Perform ad-hoc recruitment tasks as assigned.

Candidate Preference:

1\. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2\. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment trackers.

3\. Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

4\. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

5\. Preferably pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business

Administration, or related field.

6\. Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
