Marketing - Internship

We are looking for a 'Marketing Intern' to craft and execute creative

marketing strategies, explore new customer segments, and help position

Varicash as a next-generation fintech brand. This role offers hands-on

exposure to not only marketing but also to product development, sales, and

client interactions providing a 360 view of running and scaling a fintech

startup. You'll work closely with the founding team, ideating new campaigns,

designing go-to-market approaches, identifying early adopters, and

participating in discussions that shape Varicash's future direction.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assisting the Founder's Office in conceptualizing and executing marketing

and growth strategies from the ground up.

2\. Identifying target audiences, designing positioning strategies, and

creating go-to-market content for new product launches.

3\. Collaborating across product, technology, and business teams to understand

the product deeply and translate technical features into compelling messaging.

4\. Exploring new marketing channels and experimenting with digital,

community, and word-of-mouth campaigns.

5\. Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and

user needs.

6\. Participating in client meetings and cross-functional brainstorming

sessions to connect marketing strategy with customer feedback.

7\. Taking ownership of small, high-impact projects that contribute directly

to Varicash's visibility, engagement, and growth.
