Travel Planning And Operations - Internship

Catterfly is a company HQed in Switzerland and a branch in India. We focus on

personalized and curated holiday management for FIT travellers as our USP.

primary focus is to offer customized and personalized holidays in Europe and

specific countries in Asia-Pacific and select countries in Africa.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Prepare customized travel planning on Catterfly Technology Platform

(training will be provided). We are not looking for coding experience or

CHATGPT Experts, but someone comfortable with using technology platforms with

proper training.

2\. Bookings management, detailed logistical planning, negotiation and

payments to partners/suppliers, booking vouchers

3\. Very good English-speaking skills to coordinate with travellers,

destination experts within the company and our partners in different

destinations.

4\. Strong background in Geography, History and ability to appreciate

different cultures - especially in the countries that we operate in

5\. Strong background in understanding Google Maps, and work out detailed

logistics plans based on specific transport requirements for our travellers

(self-driving, walking maps, route planning, local transport using buses,

trains etc. as offered by different destinations)

6\. Work across different time zones as per the needs of the different

travellers and coordinate with the top management in Europe

7\. Work with our Sales team, marketing team, and Product / Experience

Management team to provide required inputs as needed by them for

sales/marketing and new experience creation

8\. If needed, accompany small/large groups as tour manager (this is usually

not needed)
