HR - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Support in employee grievance handling and HR coordination

2\. Assist in preparing MIS reports and updating HR data

3\. Draft official emails and coordinate follow-ups with employees and

departments

4\. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities

5\. Maintain HR records and provide basic HR operational support
