Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include (for NBFC Operations):

1\. Assist in end-to-end loan processing, including document verification,

data entry, and preliminary eligibility checks.

2\. Coordinate with sales, credit, and finance teams to ensure smooth movement

of files through various approval stages.

3\. Monitor borrower onboarding and KYC compliance, ensuring all documentation

meets RBI and internal policy guidelines.

4\. Track disbursements, repayments, and collection reports and help reconcile

operational data with finance records.

5\. Handle customer queries related to loan status, repayments, and

documentation in coordination with the operations manager.

6\. Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports for management

review.

7\. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy,

and turnaround time in loan operations.

8\. Assist in audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate operational

records and logs.
