Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Core sales responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, walk ins, site visits, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and

local market visits (corporates, architects, contractors, retailers, branding

Handle incoming enquiries (phone, website, social media, references),

understand requirement (type of signage, size, quantity, location, timeline,

Explain company products: LED channel letters, ACP/SS signage, flex/vinyl

prints, glow sign boards, video walls, nameplates, in shop branding,

Coordinate basic site details: collect photos, measurements and installation

conditions from client or internal team.internshala

Prepare and share quotations/proposals as per given price sheets and formats;

Market research and outreach

Conduct local market research to identify potential clients and new projects

(new stores, offices, fit outs, tenders).indeed+2

Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with company name, contact details,

Assist in email / WhatsApp campaigns and basic social media outreach for

Client coordination and relationship

Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline) along with senior

Coordinate with clients for design approvals, PO/work order, advance payments

Maintain professional communication and build long term relationships for

Internal coordination & reporting

Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure correct

Track job status and keep clients informed on timelines, delivery and
