Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct daily trademark searches for multiple brands across relevant

classes using the Indian Trade Marks Registry database and other tools.

2\. Analyze search results to identify identical, similar, and phonetically

similar trademarks.

3\. Assist in preliminary trademark availability assessments and prepare

search summaries.

4\. Regularly research and study new brands, business names, and emerging

market trends.

5\. Develop an understanding of trademark classification (Nice Classification)

and its practical application.

6\. Learn and assist in the trademark filing process, including drafting basic

details for applications.

7\. Maintain and update search records, reports, and client data in an

organized manner.

8\. Assist seniors in client advisory support related to brand selection and

trademark strategy.

9\. Stay updated with recent developments, rules, and practices under the

Trade Marks Act, 1999.

10\. Follow confidentiality and professional standards while handling client

information.
