Digital Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Social media management & content creation:

1\. Audit and analyze Suventure's social media presence across LinkedIn, X,

and Instagram.

2\. Develop monthly content calendars tailored for each platform.

3\. Create engaging, brand-consistent content with a focus on IT offshore

services, digital transformation, and technology solutions.

4\. Write high-quality copy for social posts, thought-leadership updates, and

visual creatives.

5\. Collaborate on the creation of sample posts, carousels, and thought-

leadership pieces for LinkedIn.

B. B2B lead generation & LinkedIn outreach:

1\. Research and identify target personas (CTOs, CIOs, tech leads, product

heads, and founders).

2\. Support B2B LinkedIn outreach efforts to generate leads for offshore IT

development services.

3\. Draft cold outreach messages, connection templates, and follow-up

sequences.

4\. Track outreach performance and optimize messaging based on response rates.

C. Email marketing & campaign support:

1\. Assist in designing B2B email campaigns promoting Suventure's IT offshore

and digital engineering services.

2\. Draft subject lines, email body copy, and CTA elements.

3\. Contribute to A/B testing strategies for subject lines, message tone, and

CTAs.

4\. Support campaign performance reporting and analytics.

D. Analytics & reporting:

1\. Track performance of social platforms, email campaigns, and outreach

activities.

2\. Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.

3\. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

E. Branding & marketing collateral:

1\. Assist in the creation of marketing assets such as case studies,

presentations, PDF brochures, and thought leadership posts.

2\. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
