Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on

exposure

across core HR operations. Your responsibilities will mirror real-world HR

execution and learning, including:

1\. Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to

offer coordination

2\. Assisting with resume screening, candidate tracking, and maintaining

recruitment records

3\. Conducting initial outreach and coordination with candidates through job

portals and calls

4\. Supporting employee onboarding, induction sessions, and joining

formalities

5\. Maintaining and updating employee databases and HR documentation

6\. Assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives, games,

celebrations, and cultural activities

7\. Helping address basic employee queries and escalating concerns

appropriately

8\. Proactively supporting the HR team in rolling out new initiatives,

processes, and best practices
