Role Overview

The Trainee Business Development will support business growth initiatives by

assisting in client engagement, market research, coordination with internal

teams, and execution of business development activities. This role offers

hands-on exposure to workforce solutions, government skill development

schemes, and client relationship management.

Key Accountability Areas

* Support business development activities aimed at revenue growth

* Assist in coordination and reporting with **Corporate (Head Office)** and **Regional Offices**

* Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and business trackers

• • **Major Roles & Responsibilities**

* Support engagement with **existing and potential clients** through virtual or in-person interactions

* Assist in preparing **daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports** and pipeline trackers

* Coordinate with **Operations, Finance, HR, and other internal teams** to ensure smooth execution

* Gain working knowledge of **NEEM, NAPS, NATS, WILP, BVOC, DVOC, Staffing** , and other DMCFS offerings

* Conduct basic **market and competitor analysis** and share insights with the team

* Support customer retention initiatives and service follow-ups

* Ensure adherence to **company policies, statutory requirements, and data protection norms**

* Assist in client communication, documentation, and commercial coordination

* Support assessment of **local manpower availability** near client locations to aid planning and negotiations

• • **Required Skills & Competencies**

* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

* Basic understanding of **recruitment, onboarding, and workforce solutions**

* Proficiency in **MS Excel, MS Word, MIS reporting, and data handling**

* Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks

* Flexibility to travel for business meetings or field activities, as required
