HR - Internship

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience

in a growing tech startup LuzyTech is looking for a motivated HR intern to

support our people operations and hiring activities. As an intern, you will

gain practical exposure to startup HR workflows, recruitment coordination, and

intern management while working closely with the core team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in recruitment activities such as posting internship openings,

screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.

2\. Conduct initial screening interviews for interns and trainees under

guidance, and share evaluation feedback with the management team.

3\. Support intern onboarding activities, including documentation and

orientation coordination.

4\. Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and intern data using Google

Sheets/MS Excel.

5\. Coordinate training schedules and track intern progress during the

training period.

6\. Act as a point of contact for interns to address basic queries and share

updates.

7\. Assist in preparing internship-related documents such as offer letters and

certificates.

8\. Support HR-related tasks and internal projects as required.
