Virtual Assitant - Internship

The virtual assistant intern will support day-to-day business operations while
gaining hands-on exposure across digital marketing, graphic design, web
management, and sales support. This role is ideal for proactive individuals
who enjoy multitasking, learning fast, and contributing to growth-focused
teams. The internship is performance-driven, with potential conversion to a
full-time role based on evaluation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth
business workflows
2\. Assist in digital marketing activities, including content scheduling,
basic campaign support, and performance tracking
3\. Create simple yet effective visual assets using Canva for social media,
internal use, and client requirements
4\. Support website management tasks such as content updates, basic edits,
product uploads, or page reviews on platforms like WordPress or Shopify
5\. Assist the sales team with lead research, data entry, CRM updates, and
follow-up support
6\. Help draft basic client communications, emails, proposals, or follow-up
messages under guidance
7\. Conduct online research for marketing, sales prospects, competitors, and
industry trends
8\. Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation as per SOPs
9\. Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure timely task
completion
10\. Follow structured SOPs while also suggesting improvements or
optimizations where relevant
11\. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and
quality
12\. Participate in training sessions, mentorship calls, and internal reviews
to continuously upgrade skills
13\. Support ad-hoc tasks and new initiatives aligned with business growth and
client needs
