Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients
(prospects) using LinkedIn, company databases, and industry reports to build a
targeted lead list for IT services.
2\. Marketing & Outreach Support: Assist in creating and executing email
marketing campaigns, social media posts, and content to attract prospects and
generate inbound leads.
3\. Initial Outreach & Follow-ups: Conduct initial contact with prospects via
email and phone calls. Systematically follow up on generated leads and
marketing inquiries to gauge interest and qualify them.
4\. CRM & Customer Relationship Management: Log all lead interactions,
updates, and communication details in the CRM system to ensure accurate
tracking and nurturing of customer relationships.
5\. Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange and schedule client meetings, demos,
and calls for the sales team, ensuring efficient calendar management.
6\. Sales Support & Conversion Preparation: Prepare sales collateral,
presentations, and proposal drafts for client meetings. Support the team in
moving prospects through the sales funnel toward conversion.
7\. Market & Target Research: Analyze competitor offerings and market trends
to help refine the company's target client profile and sales strategies.
8\. Performance Tracking: Help track key metrics against daily/weekly targets
for lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities.
