Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are seeking a business development intern to join our team in Kolkata. This
role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B client
acquisition, market research, and lead generation. You will support our
leadership team in building and managing a strong client pipeline, developing
outreach campaigns, and contributing to Cordial's growth initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Conduct market research to identify potential clients across key sectors
(SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, professional services, etc.).
2\. Identify decision-makers and maintain accurate prospect lists using CRM
tools and LinkedIn.
3\. Draft and send outreach messages, follow up on leads, and schedule
discovery calls.
4\. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
5\. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging and
outreach strategies.
6\. Track and analyze outreach performance to optimize conversion rates.
