Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Lentera Technologies Private Limited, you

MS-Word, English proficiency (spoken), and MS-Excel will be essential in

Key responsibilities include:

openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.

3\. Assisting in organizing and conducting employee onboarding and orientation

programs.

4\. Supporting HR team in employee relations activities, such as organizing

team-building events and employee recognition programs.

5\. Assisting in performance management processes, including tracking

performance evaluations and providing support in goal-setting.

6\. Assisting in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement

surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.

7\. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including

drafting HR documents and managing HR-related inquiries.
