Operations And Sales Trainee - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify and analyze the minerals and determine the most effective method

for their cleansing

2\. Execute and apply the appropriate mineral cleansing procedures

3\. Retrieve and verify the relevant authentication certificates and ensure

they are matched with the corresponding minerals

4\. Capture and document clear images of the certificates and establish a

record for minerals lacking certification

5\. Categorize and sort the minerals based on their quality, size, and color

6\. Develop and outline detailed process steps for each of the aforementioned

tasks

7\. Provide and assist with various day-to-day activities to ensure the

seamless operation of the project

8\. Hold and maintain empathetic, yet professional, conversations with

potential clients and suggest products tailored to their specific requirements

9\. Share and send product images/videos over WhatsApp, and allow clients to

choose and customize according to their needs

10\. List and record the items that the client has chosen, as well as the

respective prices of products, and send the invoice along with any product

documentation to the operations lead/executive (if available)

11\. Contact and follow up with the client after their order has been

received, and converse with them about product satisfaction

12\. Acknowledge and record the feedback respectfully, and document the

complaints

13\. Inform and update the marketing team of the client's feedback to analyze

and remodel the current marketing process

14\. Reach and engage with potential clients by sharing relevant information

over calls/messages or other platforms

15\. Fulfill and achieve the organization's sales target by consistently

converting prospective clients into paying clients

16\. Brainstorm and propose new sales strategies and profitable sales avenues

for Avaesa
