Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Maintain and organize all project, client, and internal documentation in a
structured, version-controlled manner.
2\. Update regularly the shared repositories (Google Drive, OneDrive, or
internal servers) with the latest approved documents.
3\. Ensure naming conventions, version history, and access permissions are
consistently maintained.
4\. Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and update customer
information.
5\. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
6\. Prepare weekly/monthly summary reports, trackers, and operational
dashboards.
7\. Identify and escalate discrepancies or outdated data to the reporting
manager for correction.
