MIS & Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. MIS & Reporting:

1\. Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership

2\. Track business metrics across sales, pilots, deployments, support, and

operations

3\. Build and manage trackers, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheet reports

4\. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

5\. Support ad-hoc reporting requests from founders and managers

B. Operations & Coordination:

1\. Coordinate between sales, tech, product.

2\. Track task progress, follow-ups, and delivery timelines

3\. Assist in managing pilots, demos, and client deployments

4\. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal process records

5\. Support invoice tracking, billing follow-ups, and operational data
