Mode of Work: Remote (8090%) with occasional client meetings if required
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented **Sales Interns** who can
effectively convert provided leads into customers. The role primarily involves
remote communication with clients, understanding their business requirements,
and recommending suitable website-related solutions and packages accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with **leads and client contacts provided by the company**
* Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or virtual meetings
* **Understand client requirements** , business goals, and project expectations
* Explain website-related services, packages, and offerings clearly and confidently
* Suggest **customized solutions** based on client needs (not blindly pitching packages)
* Convert qualified leads into confirmed customers
* Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales progress
* Coordinate with the internal technical/team members for project understanding when required
* **Attend in-person client meetings if necessary** (limited cases only)
Requirements & Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good convincing and negotiation abilities
* Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
* Basic understanding or interest in sales, digital services, or websites
* Comfortable working remotely and managing follow-ups independently
* Willingness to meet clients in person if business requires
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales processes
