Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social
media platforms
2\. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple job roles
3\. Assist with onboarding coordination and joining formalities
4\. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
5\. Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and
hiring managers
6\. Coordinate with internal hiring teams to understand role requirements
7\. Participate in team discussions and contribute to recruitment planning
8\. Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records
9\. Track hiring progress and learn basic recruitment metrics
