make a real impact! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your

skills in business analysis, business management, networking, and Hindi

proficiency to drive sustainable development initiatives in rural areas.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct in-depth business analysis and market research to identify

opportunities for social entrepreneurship projects in rural communities, and

the first task is finding donors for the campaign

2\. Develop and implement business strategies to support the growth and

sustainability of social enterprises.

3\. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners,

and community leaders to drive collaborative efforts for rural development.

4\. Utilize your Hindi proficiency to effectively communicate with local

communities, stakeholders, and team members.

5\. Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and training

programs to empower rural entrepreneurs and enhance their skills.

6\. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of social entrepreneurship

projects to ensure they are achieving their intended goals.

7\. Contribute to the overall success of Rural Development Society by actively

participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other

collaborative activities.
