UX/UI Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Design in Figma: Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens

using components, variants, and auto-layout; contribute to our design system.

2\. Prototype & iterate: Build clickable prototypes, gather feedback from

stakeholders/users, and refine based on findings.

3\. Usability checks: Run quick tests (e.g., 5-7 user sessions or heuristic

reviews) and summarise insights into actionable changes.

4\. Dev handoff: Prepare clean specs, redlines, and tokens; collaborate with

engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

5\. Accessibility & responsiveness: Apply WCAG basics, design for multiple

breakpoints, and document edge states and empty states.

6\. Metrics mindset: Partner with PM/Eng to define success metrics (e.g., task

success, time-to-complete) and review analytics post-launch.

7\. Visual assets (as needed): Create supporting visuals in

Illustrator/Photoshop (e.g., banners) when they directly support product UI -

product design remains the priority.
