Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Research real estate trends, market narratives, and audience psychology

2\. Study high-performing creators and formats to understand what drives

engagement

3\. Assist in brainstorming and planning real estate-focused short-form video

ideas

4\. Assist in scripting at least 3 reels per week for personal brand and brand

pages

5\. Write and refine hooks, narrative flow, and clear talking points

6\. Help simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-consume scripts

7\. Assist in maintaining a day-by-day content calendar

8\. Support shoot planning, structure, and flow

9\. Provide on-ground support during shoots when required

10\. Assist with creatives on Canva, reel editing, text overlays, pacing, and

transitions

11\. Camera familiarity (framing, lighting, shot planning) is a strong plus

12\. Track basic content metrics (retention, saves, engagement)

13\. Identify patterns from top-performing content and suggest improvements
