Graphic Designer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Understanding requirements:

1\. Discuss project briefs with clients, marketing team, or managers

2\. Understand brand guidelines, objectives, timelines, and target audience

3\. Clarify design expectations and deliverables

B. Designing & creating visual content:

1\. Create designs for: Social media posts & ads banners, posters, flyers,

brochures logos & brand assets website and app visuals

2\. Develop layouts, color schemes, and typography

3\. Maintain brand consistency across all designs

C. Using design tools:

1\. Work daily on tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva

2\. Prepare editable and final files in required formats

3\. Optimize designs for print and digital platforms

D. Revisions & feedback:

1\. Make changes based on client or team feedback

2\. Refine designs until approval

3\. Manage multiple revision cycles efficiently

E. Collaboration:

1\. Coordinate with marketing, content, social media, and development teams

2\. Align designs with campaign goals

3\. Support other departments with creative needs

F. Time & task management:

1\. Manage multiple projects simultaneously

2\. Meet deadlines without compromising quality

3\. Prioritize tasks based on urgency
