AI Engineering - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Building AI-led, interview-style onboarding flows for founders

2\. Extracting structured signals from unstructured text and voice inputs

3\. Experimenting with prompt design, reasoning chains, and summaries

4\. Supporting early matching, ranking, and scoring logic

5\. Designing and testing voice-based AI interactions (turn-taking, follow-

ups, reflections)

6\. Working closely with the founder to translate product philosophy into AI

behavior and system logic

7\. Prototyping rapidly, testing, and iterating on AI workflows based on real

founder usage

8\. Helping define early AI system architecture and data flows for long-term

scalability

9\. Evaluating model outputs for signal quality, bias, and failure cases (not

just accuracy)

10\. Contributing to the documentation of prompts, system decisions, and

learnings from experiments
