Operations - Internship

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations and client

relationship management? Cottson Clothing is seeking a motivated Operations

Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity

to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations while

utilizing your skills in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word. Your

proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and strong interpersonal

skills will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, English

proficiency (written) is essential for effective communication with our

clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with data entry and analysis using MS-Excel to support operational

decision-making.

2\. Create professional presentations using MS-PowerPoint to communicate

operational strategies.

3\. Develop and maintain client relationships through effective CRM practices.

4\. Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and

improve efficiency.

5\. Support the Operations executive in daily tasks and projects to ensure

smooth operations.

6\. Utilize your strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with

internal and external stakeholders.

7\. Demonstrate English proficiency in written communication with clients and

team members.
