Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram
groups, and referrals
2\. Identify suitable profiles aligned with client job descriptions
3\. Review resumes based on skills, experience, job-fit, and intent
4\. Conduct basic screening calls when required
5\. Prepare shortlists for client review
6\. Conduct interview round 1
7\. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
8\. Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
9\. Maintain structured and accurate candidate data
10\. Understand client requirements thoroughly
11\. Follow Nerida's internal shortlisting framework
12\. Share daily or weekly progress updates
