Human Resources (HR) - Internship
Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited (ABFRL)
We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support the humanresource team in
creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic job
evaluation project. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR
documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic
fashion industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific
information.
2\. Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles
in the apparel design team.
3\. Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career
paths.
4\. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.g.,
responsibilities, skills, impact).
5\. Participate in benchmarking exercises and internal grading discussions.
6\. Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.
7\. Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.
8\. Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.
