E commerce & Marketing Intern (Phone Case Brand)
We are looking for a smart, creative E commerce Intern to help grow our online
phone case brand. This role is perfect for someone who loves anime/pop
culture, design, and D2C brands, and wants hands on experience running a real
Shopify store.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist with uploading and updating products (images, titles, descriptions,
pricing, tags) on our store.
2\. Help manage daily orders: checking details, coordinating with shipping
partners, and tracking issues.
3\. Support content creation for Instagram/Reels: basic ideas, captions, and
posting schedules.
4\. Do basic competitor research on designs, pricing, and offers, and
summarize learnings.
5\. Assist with running and monitoring ads (Meta/Instagram) and simple
performance reports.
6\. Reply to basic customer queries (DMs / email / WhatsApp) using brand
guidelines.
