Founders Office - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. CEO & Founder Support:

1\. Assist the Founder in preparing briefs, presentations, notes, and action

trackers

2\. Track follow-ups on CEO directives across departments

3\. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive strategic and operational

information

B. Cross-Functional Coordination:

1\. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, BD, HR, Accounts, and Legal teams

2\. Track inter-department dependencies and highlight delays or gaps

3\. Support internal reviews, leadership meetings, and external discussions

C. Strategy & Research:

1\. Conduct market, competitor, policy, defence ecosystem, and technology

research

2\. Prepare short intelligence notes and summaries for decision-making

3\. Support long-term strategic initiatives and special projects

D. Process & Execution Tracking:

1\. Maintain action trackers, MOMs, and execution dashboards

2\. Follow up on deadlines and commitments made by teams

3\. Help improve internal processes and documentation

E. External Engagement Support

1\. Assist in preparing for client meetings, government interactions, and

events

2\. Support media, presentations, keynote prep, and official communications

when required
