Tech – Backend & Data Processing - Internship

Opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about backend technology,

data processing, and finance. You will gain hands-on experience in automating

data workflows and developing robust solutions in a fast-paced, impact-driven

financial advisory firm. There is potential to be part of the founding team,

which is focused on streamlining investment advisory for retail clients in

India with a client-first approach.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Designing and developing workflows: Building the end-to-end flow from

forms to Excel to AI to PDF delivery, including error handling and

scalability.

2\. Managing data integration and APIs: Specifically addressing Microsoft

Forms integration, Excel APIs, OpenAI integration, and webhook configuration.

3\. Creating Excel and data processing workflows: Including data insertion,

validation, and conditional routing based on your existing model.

4\. Generating and delivering reports: PDF conversion, email delivery, and

formatting automation.

5\. Testing, monitoring, and optimizing: Tracking performance metrics and

implementing continuous improvement.

6\. Documenting and transferring knowledge: Critical for handoff and team

scaling.

7\. Driving continuous improvement: Future-proofing workflows and conducting

research.

8\. Reporting: Directly reporting to the founders.
