Job Title: Telecalling Executive - BPO (EdTech Sales)

friendly interfaces, enhancing deployment pipelines, or contributing to

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and

educational organizations to generate qualified leads.

2\. Explain features and benefits of our products such as Robotic Labs, STEM

Labs, E-Library, smart boards, tablets, AI labs, and e-learning platforms.

3\. Identify decision-makers (principals, directors, school owners) and

schedule product demos or meetings with the sales team.

4\. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM

tools.

5\. Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture

interest.

6\. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

7\. Share feedback from potential clients to improve outreach and messaging.

Requirements:

1\. Proven experience in tele calling or lead generation (preferably in Ed-

Tech, IT, or B2B sectors).

2\. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages

(as needed).

3\. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.

4\. Basic knowledge of educational products like smart boards, coding labs, or

e-learning solutions is a plus.

5\. Comfortable using CRM and basic MS Office tools.
