Through research, dialogue, and storytelling, the ILF seeks to bridge the gap
between citizens and decision-makers. The organization brings together young,
dynamic thinkers, communicators, and change-makers to nurture a more inclusive
and participatory political culture.
Role Description
Fellows will engage in research, community interactions, and storytelling
initiatives to gather insights into citizens' needs and aspirations. Daily
responsibilities include conducting surveys, facilitating dialogues, writing
policy briefs, creating impactful communication materials, and collaborating
on outreach strategies. Fellows will also support ongoing programs and
contribute to developing a participatory political ecosystem.
Qualifications
* Research and data analysis skills to understand public needs and policy frameworks
* Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for community engagement and dialogue facilitation
* An understanding of public policy, governance, or related fields
* Ability to collaborate with teams, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments
* Passion for social change, inclusiveness, and participatory decision-making
* Experience in grassroots initiatives or political awareness campaigns is a plus
* Hold a bachelor's or higher degree in Political Science, Sociology, Communication, or a related discipline
