Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Assist in market mapping: identify retailers, distributors, wholesalers,
and new potential outlets.
2) Shadow sales team and learn about route planning, order-taking, and
secondary sales.
3) Support channel development projects: new outlet activation, competitor
scheme study, retailer feedback collection.
4) Maintain daily sales and coverage reports, assist with data entry.
5) Work on a live project related to channel expansion or trade marketing
execution.

6) Manage daily sales operations across assigned outlets to achieve primary
and secondary sales targets.
7) Develop and nurture distributor/retailer relationships; ensure smooth
order-to-cash cycle.
8) Drive placement of new SKUs, trade promotions, and market activation
programs.
9) Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and trade activities; report market
insights.
10) Ensure visibility and merchandising standards in outlets as per trade
marketing guidelines.
11) Submit daily call reports, stock reconciliations, and territory
performance
